PLEASE NOTE: we prepared this content in advance, but after this week we still feel like now is the time to be praying for our church and all that is to come.
Week 05 – Dreaming Big For The Church
From 15th March
We’re excited about all that God is going to do in and through our church family the coming days, especially as we step into a new adventure with our new church building! We’re reminded of how God has spoken to us in the past about this space and how he wants to use it!
“I feel like God wants to recommit promise to you, to be faithful to you because he has something for you that is a city-reaching property. A property that would be somewhere set up in the city to reach the city.”Shawn Bolz, February 2016

A prayer attributed to Francis of Assisi
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love with all my soul.
For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Paul’s prayer in 2 Thessalonians 1:11-12
With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness and your every deed prompted by faith. We pray this so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
If it’s ‘local’ for you to walk around the church building and the area nearby, do that! If not, pick a church close to you as a proxy!
